What licence does a home healthcare business need in Dubai?+
You need a DHA home care licence issued through the Sheryan portal, sitting on a trade licence with the correct healthcare activity. Every nurse on your team holds an individual professional licence, and a licensed medical director carries clinical accountability. We run the whole licensing chain for you.
What services can a home care company provide?+
Nursing care, elderly care, post operative support and similar services within the scope the licence approves. The approved scope defines exactly what your team may deliver, so we settle it with you at the start of the build.
Do I need a clinic or premises?+
Not a patient facing clinic. The licence requires an approved operational base, which we set up as part of the build.
Do I need to be a doctor or nurse to own it?+
No. Ownership and clinical accountability are separate. You own the company as an investor or founder, and the licensed medical director we recruit and credential carries clinical responsibility. Foreign founders can own 100 percent.
How long does it take to launch?+
