Model and structure

Programme scope and corporate structure settled first: what your doctors will treat, how the service is positioned, and how the company is owned. This is where founders set up 100 percent foreign ownership.

Licensing

Company formation, then the DHA telemedicine licence through the Sheryan portal. We prepare, submit and defend every document, and recruit the medical director in parallel.

Product pathway and partners

EDE classification of the product set, compounding pharmacy and cold chain partners contracted for fulfilment, and your records taken through NABIDH Go Live.

Handover

Policies in place, flows tested end to end, team briefed. You take over a trading operation, approximately three to six months after we start, subject to authority response times.

Are peptides legal in the UAE?+
Peptides are treated as medicines in the UAE, and each product is classified case by case by the Emirates Drug Establishment. Prescription only products need a prescription from a licensed clinician and dispensing from a licensed pharmacy. A prescription led operation built on that chain is the compliant route.
Can I sell peptides online in the UAE?+
No website or platform can sell medicines itself. The compliant model is a licensed telehealth operation where doctors assess and issue prescriptions, with licensed pharmacies dispensing and delivering against them. That is the operation we build.
What is a compounding pharmacy and why does my business need one?+
Compounding pharmacies are MOHAP licensed pharmacies that prepare personalised, patient specific prescriptions. Peptide programmes are typically personalised to the individual patient, so contracted compounding pharmacies are the fulfilment layer of the business.
Does the same model cover GLP-1 programmes?+
Yes. The chain is the same: physician assessment, a prescription, and licensed pharmacy fulfilment. Each product's regulatory status is handled case by case as part of the build.
How long does a peptide business take to launch?+
Typically approximately three to six months from engagement to a trading operation, subject to authority response times and the scope of the product set.
Do I need to be a doctor to own it?+
No. Ownership and clinical accountability are separate. You own the company, and the licensed medical director carries clinical responsibility. 100 percent foreign ownership is available.
